Alante at the Islands

It's been some time that I have lived here and it's due time i write a review of my experience. 9 months ago I was hunting down a new residence, I toured over 12 locations spanning from South Mountain to Gilbert, Mesa to Queen Creek. Of all the locations I toured this one stood out for these primary reasons: 1. Quiet area with very few businesses or bars surrounding it 2. Safe and clean property, well maintained grounds and just enough amenities that I didn't feel I was being charge for things I wouldn't take advantage of 3. Amazingly friendly staff that had no issues being real with you, I didn't feel coerced into making any decisions 4. No extra monthly charges like parking or trash pick up that I don't need by any means 5. Reasonably priced Tina was able to provide me a tour of the actual apartment I had my eyes set on and Aries helped me with my move and paperwork and was extremely patient with all of my questions. This team is the reason I want to stay here long term. Any question I have or work-order I need Aries, is there to help me out. The rates and community are exactly what I needed. The proximity to the grocery store, freeway, and other businesses is perfect for quick trips or weekly hauls. I'm so grateful I found Alante, good luck getting rid of me!

Moving into Alante at the Island was a perfect fit for our family. We were approved at moved in within a week. We added a garage, direct access to the pool and a beautiful gym. The location is so perfect for our sons soccer and school. Moving here is the best decision we have made in a long time! Special shout out to Matt with maintenance who has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any requests!

I’ve called Alante home for a couple of years now and it has always provided a safe, clean and fun environment for my family. When my current lease was coming to a close and I was in need of a smaller sized apartment, I reached out to the front office. Aries jumped into action and showed me what they had available. Then Kealy met with me to go over my lease options. My decision was made in a matter of minutes they were so helpful!!!
